Of course it’s important in it’s own right. I’m just wondering though, what happens when a pitcher who is used as a specialist has one rough outing.

If he pitches 1/3 or 2/3 of an inning normally, one bad outing can bloat his ERA for weeks, if not months.

A starter has a chance to pitch often and many innings, but a short middle reliever will live with any mistake for a while.

I am going to a water park tomorrow but I just started my period today. Are there any ways to get rid of the bloating and heaviness really fast? I bought a brand new bikini to wear and I want to look good in it! I know I should reduce sodium intake and eat several smaller meals instead of 3 large ones. But that doesnt do enough when you have to wear a bikini. Please help!

Every so often over the past month or so I’ve gotten a sudden sharp pain in different places in my stomach, which feels like a stabbing sensation that then spreads through my stomach but then is gone. It only happens at night when i’m laying in bed. does anyone have an idea as to what could cause this? i really dont want to have to go to the doctors if i can avoid it, any info would be much appreciated

My hands legs and back hurt all the time. I feel like I have the flu. My abdomen bloats after eating and I have had constipation for 3 months. I take a stool softner without relief. When I take a laxtive I have cramps and naseau. I have more hair loss than usual when shampooing. Itching and very dry skin even using lotion several time a day. I have a sore throat and earache on the left side. I am hoarse and have a cough. I am dizzy several times a day and lose my balance. I am forgetful and can not concentrate. I stay tired and sleepy. I am short of breath and have a cough.

Hi. I have a very big bloating problem that gots everybody thinking that I am pregnant. Hearing people asking if I am, really hits my confidence level. I tried everything from exercising, eating right, taking Midol to lessen the bloating and sleeping early. I have tried all these methods in a month but it just seems that I have been gaining pounds so I stop that rountine. I am 5’2" weighing at 114 pounds. My doctor told me it was irregular horomones while others say it has to do with water retention. One person told me that it is probably because I am lactose intolerate. I have no where else to turn and no one to ask.

Can anybody give me suggestions? Past experiences? Similar problems and resolution?

I also feel like coughing some. There for awhile I had real bad stomach pain and blood. That part got better, but I still have light stomach pain and light chest pain right in the middle, plus I feel like coughing some. Any idea what could be causing the chest pain? I’m wondering if I have an ulcer in my digestive system. I figured it was in my stomach, but maybe there’s one higher. Any idea?

Stomach often being bloated which causes abdominal discomfort and frequent belching even a very light intake conditions. Often heartburn pesters. Antacids just helping for temporary relief. Can it be controlled by taking precautionary diet. Plz advise thanks in advance
