i cannot pass gas, my belly is bit swollen, and there’s lots of bubble in my belly all the time, in the morning around 4 i wake up with pain with the need to go to toilet, since the last three months, is it appendicitis?

I’ve been having strong pains (below my navel) which are much worse at night. I was given an ultrasound scan to check for poly-cystic ovaries (a couple of months ago) but it was inconclusive, so we don’t know if that’s the cause. I know it’s not appendicitis, because I’ve had my appendix removed. I have IBS as well, but this kind of pain feels different. I don’t know what else I can do about it. =o[
