Yesterday- Thanksgiving, I ate WAY too much salty food. Today I feel very bloated and puffy… my rings won’t come off my fingers, my pants feel very tight, and my eyes feel like they are going to swell shut- I have been chugging water all day long but with little relief… what else can I do?

Hi, I was looking up relief for ibs, and saw that Align helps many things and diarrhea, with IBS. Has anyone used it and did it work? i need it specifically for diarrhea, and sometimes bloating/gas. Thanks for your help!

I am 21 years old. I currently weigh 125 and my height is 5’2. I have been struggling with stomach bloating since I had a c-section in Dec 2008. I’ve been exercising and trying to change my diet, but nothing is helping.

just came down with intense upper abdominal pain with horrible bloated feeling. had to induce vomiting in order to relieve some of the discomfort. I have no appetite and drinking any fluid results in feeling even more bloated. I feel the urge to burp or to have a bowel movement but to no avail. there doesn’t seem to be any fever. no sore throat, no runny nose, and no cough!

i am happy with my body all except my stomack i have a lil tummy and i want a fast way to loose weight and reduce some bloating. please help want to loose weight for my an and for summer.
p.s. i’m not huge i only weight 145 and i only have a lil tummy i’m not fat fat but i want to loose it!! plz help!

I’ve been very constipated because of a medication I’m on, and I used a glycerin suppository. I did get some relief from it, but I still feel very bloated and "full". Is it OK to use another suppository today?
I do eat a lot of fibre and try to keep my fluid intake high, but it’s not working, which is why I’m using the suppositories.

Yes. That time of the month is simply unbearable for me. I’ve tried lots of things, but everyone says Midol works the best. I noticed there were many different kind of it :

I was just curious as to what people like the best? Especially for cramps and bloating.

I’m looking for something that is already mixed, not a liquor + soft drink. How bloating is beer by the way?

i’m 7 week pregnant now and have a bad morning sickness but the one that i can’t stand is the bloating and the heart burn sometimes it so painful that i can’t go to sleep. i’m so stress about right now since i want the pain to go away while i can’t drink any stomach acid medicine. is there any treatment that okay for me to consume right now that help to relief this burning pain ?

I’ve heard bloating only happens in the stomach, but I get what i think is bloating in the face. My face gets all puffy, and it feels like stomach bloating only in my face, I get a puffy double chin too. How can i stop this? It’s really uncomfortable. This happens when I eat too much salt. I rarely add extra salt, but for easter I had some, and water isn’t making it go away.

I bloat kinda often.
Mostly due to the fact I eat too much fiber (40grams min, 70grams max)
I bloated before from beans and some veggies.

Just would like to know what are some of the QUICKEST relief for bloating? If there’s any that would work within couple of hours?

I have been on a gluten-free diet for two weeks, and so far have noticed a dramatic improvement in my IBS: less bloating etc, which is just what I’d hoped for! I’m hoping my anaemia and other deficiencies will lesson with time, along with my constant fatigue.
As the question says, how long was it until you noticed relief from other symptoms?

I would be so greatful for anyone out there who has exerience with bloating after an appendectomy to let me know if I should be overly concerned. I’m not in pain except the bloating. I have tried gas-x and it is helpful and spearment tea. Thanks folks.

I have trouble with my bowels, even if i went two days ago. Would it have anything to do with my stomach pain ? The doctors give me the run around because I have no insurance but What I can I do I’m still in pain ? Please help.
