slice up raw ginger as you would a potato and boil in water for about 20min strain into a tea cup add sugar enjoy……

Ok.. Thanks for the info.! As of mentioning, slice it up as a potato…do you mean, cut off the skin of the Ginger, first…then, sqeeze the juice from the pulp?

guys i seriously need your help! my friend has a youtube channel called “TheBohnerSquad” and he makes parodies of todays most popular songs. Personally, I find his parodies simply hilarious. I really think he has lot of potential to make it big on youtube, but one of his friends doesnt think so. Actually they’re having a $80 bet to see if “theBohnerSquad” could get at least 120 subscribers by the end of the month. Grate the peeled ginger (about 1 inch)
and add to about 1 cup of water – more or less depending on your taste. Simmer for 5 -10 minutes. Strain the ginger tea and sweeten – or not – it is tasty w/o sweetener. I also add a little cardamon to it.

That’s interesting, I didn’t know this about ginger tea. I know a lot of people who make tea with raw ginger, chopped up lemon and some honey – as a cold remedy. There’s probably other uses too, ginger has been known sinve old times so you could look them up in culpeper’s herbal or some other old herbal.
