My guess is that you have been eating a lot of sugar-free stuff that contains sorbitol. It’s a sweetner that’s good in small amounts, but large amounts can cause gas and diarrhea. Avoid this particular sweetener, and you may find that you’re not having such a problem.
fart, but don’t let anyone know it was you. i like to call these techniques "crop-dusting" or "cut-and-run".

I favor inserting a Foley catheter in my anus to around ten centimeters up the gut where the gases collect behind the anal sphincter. This allows the fart gases to stream from your arse continously, so that at very least no one hears you rip your fart, and also the stench is only gradually delivered to the nasal bulb of the person you are with.
Try yoga or some simple stretches targeting your abdominal area. Hold the stretches for 45 seconds- it gently shifts the organs around and gives them space for necessary movements.
Here are some tips, but remember that everybody’s different, so what works for one person, can be useless for another.
-drink herbal teas like peppermint and chamomile
-lie flat on your back and lift your legs up to your chest
-avoid chewing gum
-massage your belly
-lots of exercise !
