Ideas for relief from bloated feeling at only 5 weeks?

Im only 5 weeks and have an extreme bloated feeling.(no gas) Is this normal???? If so how long does it last?

    Yes it’s completely normal. Try drinking a lot of water and put lemon slices in it, they say it’s supposs to help. I’m 13 weeks and I’m just noticing the bloating going down but now my stomach’s growing lol

    Yeah, it’s normal. I don’t remember when it (or if) it went away for me…I still have some of that. And I’m 26 weeks. I think your body just tends to hold onto more water during pregnancy to protect against dehydration.

    My suggestion is to drink more water though. If you drink more, your body won’t think it has to hold onto it, and will retain less.
