i know this sounds funny but i have heard that by drinking more water can help.. it will make you pee more.. also things like pamprin and midol can help with PMS and they act as a natural diuretic..Feel better i hate that feeling! It will be me soon too:)

Use the steam room at the gym. It takes away bloating.

avoid salt and salty foods cos they make you retain water.
