What could be causing my frequent bowl movements with bloating, gas, abdominal pain, and nausea?

I almost constantly battle with a lot of abdominal pain, gas and bloating. Nearly every time I use the restroom I have a bowel movement or feel like I need to. On and off for the past few years I’ll have a week or more where I just feel sick to my stomach every time I eat. I have a lot of anxiety problems and I don’t know if it’s the cause but it definitely makes my anxiety worse during these times.

Stomach pain while going to the bathroom?

This is an embarrassing problem but I need to know if I should go to the doctor. Just before I have to go to the bathroom I have abdominal pain and it continues after I’m done for a while. It hurts really bad. Most of the time my stool is different colors and I have seen blood in the stool. Most of the time it seems like an upset stomach but it has been going on for a few months. I’ve tried taking Fiber tablets and drinking more water to see if it helps but it hasn’t. Do I need to go to the Doctor?

Abdominal aortic aneurysm (also known as AAA, pronounced “triple-a”) is a localized dilatation (ballooning) of the abdominal aorta exceeding the normal diameter by more than 50 percent. In the open procedure the abdomen and aorta are opened and a graft is sown into place. In an endovascular procedure catheters are used to place a stent graft in the aneurysm. ANH00012
