I’m thinking about trying midol for the first time. I’m 16. I like how the complete midol promises relief from all the symptoms, but some people are saying that the caffeine makes them jittery/unable to sleep. Would I be better off getting the teen version? My main problems are lower back pain, cramps, bloating, and sometimes headache. I’m worried that the caffeine will make me crazy. What do you think? Experiences?
Hi. I have a very big bloating problem that gots everybody thinking that I am pregnant. Hearing people asking if I am, really hits my confidence level. I tried everything from exercising, eating right, taking Midol to lessen the bloating and sleeping early. I have tried all these methods in a month but it just seems that I have been gaining pounds so I stop that rountine. I am 5’2" weighing at 114 pounds. My doctor told me it was irregular horomones while others say it has to do with water retention. One person told me that it is probably because I am lactose intolerate. I have no where else to turn and no one to ask.
Can anybody give me suggestions? Past experiences? Similar problems and resolution?
I am just entering the second trimester and so far I have had really annoying bloating every afternoon/evening…I’m hoping this will get better! I’ve tried adding more fiber and water, no luck! What were your experiences with this?
