I’ve heard bloating only happens in the stomach, but I get what i think is bloating in the face. My face gets all puffy, and it feels like stomach bloating only in my face, I get a puffy double chin too. How can i stop this? It’s really uncomfortable. This happens when I eat too much salt. I rarely add extra salt, but for easter I had some, and water isn’t making it go away.

Lately everyday I’ve been getting horrible bloating and my stomach has been growling non-stop. It’s becoming embarrassing because my stomach is really loud. I’ve been pooping a lot as well…like 3-6 times a day and it’s pretty runny as well and not a lot. This is not normal for me either.

I have been to doctors for months, they have all come to the conclusion that I have ulcers. The ulcer medication does help a bit, but the burning pain comes back and is on the left and right side of my stomach. The occasion bloody stool is involved. I haven’t had a beer in months and I’m in a fraternity please help me figure this out.

I have this problem about burping. It’s like air is being kept in my stomach (it’s uncomfortable for me and i feel like i am bloated) and after some time I would burp and it will give me relief. After that, the cycle of "air-keeping and burping" will just go on and on,

I get very gassy and bloated during school, so I take gas relief pills, but once I get home, I have gas non-stop. Sometimes it feels like butterflies in my stomach. Like, that feeling you get when you’re nervous. I’m not sure how else to describe it, lol. I have been dieting for almost four months now, and I drink plenty of water. I find myself burping a lot lately throughout the day and anytime I eat a decent sized meal my stomach hurts (upper area). Pain lasts for several hours and some times are more severe than others. What could this be?
Douglas, thanks. I do have a herniated disc in the middle of my back so this could also make it worse as you mentioned with the back. I will see if I can relieve it with your method.

I ate an apple about two hours ago and my stomach since then has hurt. It’s just a pain that won’t go away, it doesn’t go away and then come back, it just stays the same. last year my friend told me a recipe for a drink that makes you’re stomach look flat because it gets rid of bloating, to drink when getting ready for prom or a dance or something. i cant remember what it was though.

This is me bloating my stomach with water. Includes sucking in my stomach and stomach pains. The before shot shows my belly completely empty and the after shots show my belly with 3 litres of water inside it! 2 of the 3 litres were drank slowly over a few hours and the final litre was chugged right before filming. Sorry it’s not that long – my bladder was feeling pretty painful aswell. I woke up in the night with stomach pain and filmed this aswell. Also at the end of this video is a recording of the noises my stomach was making in the night.
