You can try and raise up your mattress at the head end of your bed, lying flat makes your condition worse, also I found drinking mint tea helps, if you can’t raise your mattress use extra pillows so that you are not lying flat.good luck x

I had a good friend who had acid reflux for years. He stopped eating sugar and white flour products and it went away.
In other words, don’t treat the symptoms, eliminate the cause.

Zantac is a lifesaver!!!

I take 2 Nexium pills daily and have no problems.
