What could constant stomach pain lead to?

I get a horrible feeling in my stomach every day before school and during school. It lasts in the evenings, too, and sometimes I wake up in the night because of the pain. I get that gut wrenching nervous feeling you get before a big job interview or something like that. Stress is definitely the cause of the stomach pain, but I would like to know if it could lead to something serious. Please help!
