What is the name of my condition? Severe stomach pain when hungry?

Basically I developed this condition a few years back, but it’ve grown increasing worst recently. Everytime I’m hungry my stomach would start cramping, the pain has become unbearable in the past few days. Feels like I just got punched in the kidney. Eating would ease the pain.
Anyone know the name of this condition and what could happen if it’s left untreated?

If the disease is mild it may be called as Gastric Pain which often occur due to overeating or non-eating. If the disease is severe, it may be Ulcerative Colitis or INguinal Hernia. You are advised to consult Gastroenterologist or a surgeon for further investigations and treatment. And if it is left untreated, it may leads to death too.

There are different types of ulcers… in some cases, eating does seem to relieve the pain…I would recommend seeking the advice of a doctor..Treatment may be as simple as a round of antibiotics and acid reducer…
