What's a good medicine to take to relief symptoms of the menstrual cycle, for teens?

If you have bloating, bad cramps etc.. what are some good medicines to relief those symptoms? For teens. I’ve heard of a bunch, saw a commercial about it, I just can’t remember what it’s called.

Thank you!

I’d say Ibuprofen, at least, that’s what works for me. I have very bad cramps, and that’s the only way I can get out of bed on my period.

What you saw on TV was probably Midol or Pamprin.

Ibuprofen and Tylenol work as well.
