Why did I have extreme stomach pain after going through a very stressful situation?

After getting in a HUGE and STRESSFUL fight with someone I felt a burning pain in my stomach. It lasted about 2-3 hours.

This happened a while ago too when I found out my friend had passed away.
My sister told me that this was a normal feeling and that it normally happens after stressful situations.

Why does this happen, it felt so awful but also weird.

maybe because your body starts producing a lot more acid in your stomach, which burns the stomach lining. if it become a regular problem, just take prilosec. it’s available over the counter.

Try and stay away from people who put you into these situations.

You’re just not made to take this kind of stress. You’re probably a bit too vulnerable for these situations and doing yourself some harm.

But you can’t always avoid it, so try walking in a park or meditating.

Just keep yourself relatively relaxed and not too stressed about things.
