Why do I have stomach pain after lifting weights?

I have been lifting for two weeks. I have not increased anything, the exercises are the same. But for some reason, this last time, right after I finished lifting, I got a severe pain in my stomach on the lower right side. I had my gall bladder removed due to gall stones 2 1/2 years ago and the pain feels very similar. I tried taking ibuprofen, but it didn’t help.
How can I make it stop hurting?

you may have a hernia. or you could have pulled a stomach muscle. if it doesn’t subside you may want to see a doc to rule out hernia. (not sure of the spelling for hernia) good luck, hope you feel better soon.
